How to Overcome Breakup Stress?




Hey there, I can feel the heartbeat inside your chest. The person you loved, spent a lot of time with, is unfortunately not with you or has changed her/his direction that resulted in a so-called breakup
 You noticed your partner ignoring, caring or giving less attention to you, then one day you asked why? and that question led to this horrible situation, right?
And the situation is very stressful which is psychologically draining you, you have isolated yourself from the rest of the world, you prefer to stay inside your room, sometimes it seems you have lost yourself.
Well, let me tell you something very conceptual, my friend.
Have you ever been any beach? well, if you have not, you should. Have you tried standing in the coming waves and judging your power, your capability to stand? 
Everything, everyone and every single particle changes with time, in simple nothing is permanent. You can not stop the waves but one thing you can do better that is improving yourself, make yourself strong enough to sustain and stand like a rock. 
Break up, it happens to everyone at a stage of life. And believe me this the time a person can change his life except for following her/his and being sneaky and curious always to know what is happening in their life. 
Well, how to overcome break a breakup stress? 
Friends, you do everything, but do not waste your time bringing them back, its a slap on your face by life to change.
Consider these rules to overcome a breakup. 



  
1. Do not stay away from your friends 

Once, in my (Kamino wale) friend circle, the same breakup tragedy happened to one of them. Trust me, he started living alone completley, emotionally isolated himself. But when he again joined our company he started enjoying and building a great career. It is your friends who criticise you on your faults and heal you when you are hurt. Join friends company it all will be alright.
  

2. Hit the gym

 This is the time when your mind gets involved thinking about her the result you can't study well. But, you better to burn all your frustration in building yourself and posting your biceps images on social media. Use this fire inside you in the right direction. 

3. Make new friends  

Dress well, look good and walk out of this hell. Talk to frieds on social media, know about them, share something about yourself except for your recent breakup, forget it completley, think like it never happened to me. 
Every person is a walking book read them if you can.

4. Share with your friends

Trust me, this works a lot when you share something, and that positive response full of sympathy comes, wow, it feels a stream of life just run inside me. 
Sharing your problem keeps you stressed free.


Life is empty without experiences, take it as the same. Please do not blame him/her for this, if one does it then its one's life decision, may be your life wants to bring you somewhere better.
Change youself, find yourself.
