 How To Concentrate On Studies For A Long Time?

Before explaining my point I'd like to drag a perfect example that meets the answer very much. Suppose, if I tell you to go for a sprint for 2 km without any purpose, you won't be ready for that. But, what if I promise you to offer 500 dollars to do the same. I don't think so it would take you a bit to make the decision, get motivated, focused to get the task done and grab your 500 dollars. 
Similarly, If any certain desire or purpose is not pushing you ahead, not encouraging you then no power or trick exists to help you motivated or concentrated for the same. That desire, power to work comes from your subconscious mind. If a person is really keen to change his life he can do it by spending all his night with a book even under a street light on the other hand latter can't if he focuses recklessly even being all the facility around him.

Here are some tips to focus on how to gain concentration on studies for a long time.



1. Determine Goal You Love


Before determining any goal to achieve just ask a question from within you that '' do I really want to spend some years of my life for this goal? '' If your answer is ''NO'' don't waste your time on it rather than spending in something you love to do, If the answer is ''YES'', exert all the capability you have to achieve that goal. Because in a research it has been clear the person who loves his job is more productive and happiest than the one who is confused and stressed about his work.
Trust me once you have cleared your desired target you would be kicking obstacles on way like football on your garden joyfully and would be enjoying the success cheerfully.

2. End From The Subject You Love To Study 



Again i'm emphasizing the word ''love'' this is the emotion comes directly from inside real you for a certain thing. When we finish our one day study with interested one subject, our mind's observing capacity increases instantly eg. everyone may have faced the boring lectures of the classrooms, what happens some sleep by closing their eyes some without blinking, I was one of latter one. 
Same as if do so as written above, we find the same interest and same energy the next day. 

3. Don't Make Huge Distance From Social Media

Seriously, this is the 21st century, we are living in an era of modern technologies and some people still suggest staying away from social media if you want to do something in your life, how scary. As I thing these technologies have been an inseparable part of our daily life. Moreover, we can use it as we want to use it depends on us.
As we know it is all our daily life's part so spending some little time of half hours is way better than cutting off completely and keeping your mind always in the same and wondering '' what would be happening over there ? ''.
If even your half hour is precious to you to stay away gradually. 
  
 4. Go For Yoga, Exercise Daily, Healthy Diet



These three things are extremely necessary for a healthy body because more healthy your body is more healthy mind you own.

Yoga - Yoga is the way that helps you control your mind and body as well. It relaxes your mind, destroy the negative and unnecessary images our mind creates, helps you sleep better and deep. Overall keep your minds relaxed and concentrated.

Exercise - I think nothing could be better than an exercise to refresh and reconcentrate your mind. Running, Stretching at least 1 hour daily keeps your blood circulation maintained to make you feel better and healthy. Moreover, it plays a crucial role to help sleep early and wake early.

Healthy Diet -  This point is important than both two. Suppose you are planning to join a war with a poor weapon with poor ammo, you cant perform better. Similarly, our body is like a weapon keep it ready and healthy not for just concentration in studies but for anything.
Eat green vegetables, fruits, milk. Avoid using dead food as much as possible. Go vegan.

5. Live Alone If  possible

No doubt, it is hard and horrible for some people but if you can manage to go for it because studies have proved, when we live alone that is the only time to talk to you inner you and avoid distraction. If you can not manage it is completely risky as you may face depression, stress may be less productive.
Moreover many great philosophers have told '' A student should always choose to live alone''.
